Atrium in the Tower CHKALOV - the highest in a residential complex in Ukraine.
On December 28, representatives of the National Registry of Records made measurements and fixed this record, and Dmitry Yaitskyi handed it to us! The height of our atrium is more than 54 meters! More information here ➡️ https://bit.ly/2GL0g4v

Проект представили архитекторы Анатолий Ексарев и Наталия Головченко. Заказчик — управление дорожного хозяйства Одесского горсовета, инвестор — ООО «Гефест».
Как стало известно, речь идёт о благоустройстве склонов на месте разрушенного Рыбного ресторана (вдоль Приморского бульвара и Колоннады, до Тёщиного моста). По словам архитекторов, главной целью проекта является благоустройство склонов и их укрепление.
