In my work, I often mention that designing public places is a much more laborious task than designing a private house. When we create a project for one person, we are guided only by his wishes and some design standards. When it comes to the project of a public place, be it a shopping center or a park, a completely different type of work and preparation for it awaits us. We analyze the world market, analyze the market of our country, and then adjust all this to our realities so that the project does not only look fashionable and aesthetically pleasing, but also works correctly in the conditions of our country. 
And at is these principles that are combined in our new project of the largest Automotive HUB in Ukraine. Large area, huge infrastructure and attractive design. This place has combined modern fashion, while remaining comfortable and attractive to different people.
