The decor of the facades uses a decorative modular system (ALUCOBOND), which gives the building a lightness and openwork.
The input group is a dynamic form, which emphasizes the dynamics of architecture. The project is 1100 m2, has several entrances and open space planning solutions.
Service centers are being designed all over the country thanks to Lev Revazovich Partskhaladze, who is introducing a new approach in obtaining administrative services – without queues, months of waiting and corruption. This intention gives an even greater inspiration to work.
